Training programs at The Clubhouse are designed for serious players looking to develop every aspect of their game. Offerings include private and semi-private instruction, strength and conditioning, pitching and hitting labs, defensive training, and off-season player-development programs. The Clubhouse incorporates advanced tools such as Rapsodo, Blast Motion, high-speed video, and motion analysis to help players track progress and make data-driven improvements. Whether training individually or as part of a team, players receive a complete, professional-style development experience.

The Clubhouse facility in Fairfield, CT is a full-service indoor baseball training center featuring multiple batting cages, full-turf infield space, pitching tunnels, and state-of-the-art training technology. The facility is available for private lessons, team practices, rentals, and group events. With year-round climate control, premium equipment, and experienced instructors on-site, it offers an ideal environment for training, competition, and development in all seasons.

Evaluations
The Clubhouse hosts comprehensive evaluations throughout the year to determine player placement, team fit, and development needs. Athletes will be tested on arm strength, mechanics, defensive awareness, speed, agility and overall athleticism. Semi-private evaluation options are available for those who cannot attend group sessions. Team placement is based on age bracket (AAU/Date of Birth), skill level and commitment. The Clubhouse emphasizes the importance of the evaluation process as a first step toward their travel program: “We want resilient, talented players who are willing to invest in themselves to become the best they can be.”
The Clubhouse Way
The Clubhouse training facility and team experience is modeled after my life in baseball. I am a retired Major League Baseball player, current scout for the Milwaukee Brewers and owner of The Clubhouse. I know from experience that dreams come true, but there are no shortcuts. It requires perseverance, hard work, natural talent and proper mentoring for the dream to become a reality. It is now my mission at The Clubhouse to pass this knowledge and experience to the players so they can learn to realize their full potential.
History
The Clubhouse was founded by a former professional pitcher with a vision to bring Major League-level training and mentorship to players in Connecticut. What began as a small indoor space for individualized instruction has grown into a thriving development program and competitive travel-team organization. Over the years, The Clubhouse has expanded its footprint and curriculum to include advanced analytics, player-development systems, and a network of experienced instructors and scouts. Hundreds of players have advanced to collegiate baseball and professional organizations through The Clubhouse system, making it one of the most successful developmental programs in the region.
